General Responsibilities

Review, code and process supplier invoices Processes supplier payments Assess and pay Use Tax Manage and code credit card receipts Answers all supplier inquiries Maintain Fixed Assets and schedules Support Accounts Receivables position as needed Assists corporate financial officers and branch personnel as necessary Prepares analysis of accounts as required Performs scanning and digital filing Performs other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

Good Microsoft Office/Excel Skills Strong technical, analytical and communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members effectively High attention to detail and strong data entry skills Takes initiative to complete tasks timely and in accordance with business needs Possesses basic understanding of finance, accounting and bookkeeping principles

Education and Experience

High school education or equivalent required Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred In lieu of Associates degree, 2+ years of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) or relevant experience preferred Experience with coding and entering AP transactions required Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP systems); preferably M-1

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand at a computer desk for up to or around 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion Must currently reside within a reasonable distance of Brooklyn Park, MN to be able to work and train in the office. This is not a remote position.
