Clearance: Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance as required.Dev Technology Group is looking to onboard a Senior ServiceNow Application developer with the ability to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM component
What You'll Be Doing:Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team;Working on an agile team implementing core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and ChangeSupporting the implementation of the CMDBCreate and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of eachDevelop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboardsSupport the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user storiesPerform testingSupporting the assessment of current state service desk processes and mapping them (gap analysis) to the ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOB) ITSM processes.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience3 or more years of development experience using the ServiceNow platformAbility to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM componentExperience with the use of Agile methodologies for software developmentIn-depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow PlatformKnowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practicesExcellent communications skillsExcellent teamwork skills
Preferred Education Skills and Experience: ServiceNow Systems Administration certification is strongly preferredServiceNow Implementer certification preferred
Our estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000*, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role.*Salary could fall outside of this range.
