Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher *FTE*Location: Richmond, VADuration: Full Time Employment Rate - $50,422 - $52,422 Annually. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Childcare Teacher plans, develops and implements child centered creative and adaptive lesson plans and provides a safe, secure, and engaging environment for children six weeks to six years age. As part of a teaching team, Childcare Teacher ensures that interactions with children support their self-esteem and promote their growth and development. The Childcare Teacher makes learning a fun process that allows and encourages children to explore their full potentials. This position communicates effectively and with respect with parents and team members. The Childcare Teacher supports parents in achieving their parenting goals.
