Employee Relations Associate Analyst

Job Title – Employee Relations Associate AnalystLocation – Tampa, FLDuration – 6-12 months

The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Employee Relations Advisor and in coordination with the Employee Relations team of Investigators. Responsibilities:Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management system.Assists in the preparation of investigation plans.Assists with updates to parties related to investigations, including Complainants, Human Resources, Ethics Office and LegalGathers and analyzes data, which may include emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation.Participates in and takes notes during investigative interviews with employees.Assists with final investigative report writing.Works closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work.May participate in project work as needed.

Qualifications:2-5 years relevant experienceExperience in investigation support or related administrative work.Proven work ethic and ability to self-start.Exceptional organizational skillsAbility to analyze and draw conclusions from data.Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data base entry skills a must
