📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Fullstack .NET/JavaScript Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specificationsStrategize and execute plans for the timely completion of projects, aligning with organizational objectivesParticipate in training and development programs to mentor and help other developers grow and increase knowledge and skillsProvide concise, actionable guidance to engineering teams to promote high-quality development practicesWork collaboratively with other team members, project leads, and staff to integrate application delivery effortsReview technical and operational aspects of bugs and user stories, contributing feedback and optimization suggestionsAddress and resolve production issues with urgency, minimizing downtime and customer impactActively participate in scrum meetings, technical review sessions, planning and requirement discussions, and all release planning and deployment activitiesReview application code, offering feedback and insights, and ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards as part of the final approval process in Pull Requests
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience will also be consideredExtensive experience in application delivery within a cloud environment, particularly with Azure cloud services including but not limited to EntraID, Functions, Web AppsDemonstrated ability in managing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOpsProficient in a range of programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, .NET Core, React (or similar), and GraphQLFamiliarity with development tools and applications, including Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SQL Server Management StudioSolid understanding of unit testing practices using libraries like xUnit, nUnit, JESTComprehensive knowledge in N-Tier Architecture, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture, and Domain Driven DesignExperience in SCRUM/Agile methodologiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills, with a detail-oriented approach to application security (knowledge of OAuth flows is important)
