📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Procurement Specialist IVLocation: Mountain view, CA Duration: 12 months contract Pay Range: USD 50.00 – USD 52.00 per hr.
Job Description:The Procurement Specialist will be an integral part of Company’s Marketing Sourcing Team and will be responsible for driving marketing-related sourcing activities across multiple spend categories in an individual contributor role. Areas of sourcing responsibility will include but are not limited to the following: strategy & research, public relations, creative, production and Media. This role will serve as the contact point responsible for building and managing contractual relationships with key suppliers and internal Company business owners. This role will support lower dollar and lower risk purchases including vendor security screenings, contract review & negotiation, RFI/RFPs, as well as price benchmarking and cost analysis. Basic qualifications: 3+ years of strategic sourcing and/or contract experience Experience with ERP and Source-to-Pay tools Experience in team environments and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders Comfort with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with executives Experience in contract development, administration, and/or management Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with several stakeholders Experience in negotiating deals with global vendors.
