Client: Financial Services - Investment BankPosition: Product Analyst Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 9 Months+Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
JOB DESCRIPTIONEmbrace your passion for product analysis and fast-paced learning by joining our dynamic product team. Gain valuable experience in requirements gathering and research. As a Product Analyst in Wealth Management Global Fees team, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline. RESPONSIBILITIES• Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements.• Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership.• Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities.• Assists in research and data collection.
QUALIFICATIONS· 3-6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services or related industry.· Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle.• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.• Testing experience & knowledge of JIRA and Agile implementation• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.• Energetic self-starter with ability to drive delivery of the strategic vision.• Good analytical and communication/presentation skills.• Ability to articulate findings / exceptions and escalate promptly to relevant parties.• Experienced in functional testing processes in order to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts through to test execution.• Ability to use effective systemic data driven reporting to support program reporting.
