📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Tech Support/ Call Center RepresentativeLocation: Charlotte(Remote)Duration: 12 monthsPay Range: $35/hr to $39/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides technical and product support of systems and procedures within Treasury SolutionsProvides client outreach and support for various migrations or changes impacting client use of Treasury productsSupports testing of new or enhanced applications and client testing of application upgrades/changesAbility to diagnose and resolve more complex user issues and provide user trainingDocuments system issues and resolutions and escalates to team lead/manager when necessaryAdheres to and follows all applicable policies and procedures Proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership's attentionResponsible for general support and delivery of low to moderate level complexity Client Transitions Management Team initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience6+ years of customer service experience handling in-person level conversations5+ years of technical support experienceStrong organizational and communication skills - both written and verbalDemonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
