We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Westerville, Ohio.

Job Purpose

Manage FM services in a tactical and operational level, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies. Direct team and service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.

Your tasks

Manage FM budget, including creation and approvalAssist/direct the implementation of business plans and objectivesAssist the implementation of FM services and across all business unitsOversee Facility Management services, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy OptimizationInfluence others across DPDHL and externally as recognized thought leader representing the GroupAssist in the negotiation of critical agreements/contracts with other departments and 3rd partiesChampion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problemsEnsure own team delivers an efficient, high-quality service that meets business and external needsDirect team and service providers in executing the Facility Management tactical goalsImplement/develop and manage strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DPDHL and partner organizationsProvide guidance to Facility Managers on all FM activities, future pipeline and improvement potentialsProvide expert FM knowledge and implement Multi-City/Country processesManage and Lead FM Real Estate activities at a Multi-City/State level

Your profile

Education Level

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualificationDesirable Facility Management/Real Estate Master’s degreeDesirable Facilities Management CertificationProfessional Engineering Degree

Experience Level

+8 years of relevant FM experience
