Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent management and Development Coordinator to join our Talent Management team here at DHL Supply Chain. In this role, you’ll coordinate all aspects of support for Talent Management and Development processes and programs within North America.

Responsibilities

Prepare, order, and coordinate the shipment of course materials for training classes, weekly across North AmericaCreate, manage, and close daily training class rosters via DHL’s learning management system, my Talent WorldAssign performance securities within my Talent World weeklySchedule and create training sessions for classes in my Talent WorldSend out required pre-work for various training classes and ensure ample time for attendees to complete the work given the unique class timelinePlan/Setup lunches for training classes offered on siteWork with facilities department to request printing for class materialsOrder training materials as neededManage billing of sites for training and program participationMonitor and respond to questions and requests submitted via the Talent Management & Development email inboxVarious administrative tasks as assigned

Required Education And Experience

High School Degree, requiredAssociate’s Degree, preferredTwo (2) to four (4) years of Administrative experience, requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize based on needs of the businessSuperior detail orientationAbility to manage small to medium projects independently while balancing daily tasksStrong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet creation and analysis, and presentation applicationsHighly analytical skill setAbility to deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
