📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role Overview:As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our K-12 education projects, from conception to completion. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple K-12 education construction projects simultaneouslyCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specificationsOversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful deliveryCoordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and objectivesConduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality controlManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on K-12 education projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codesProven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finishExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesExperience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is a plus
