Job Description:As a Concrete Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our concrete construction projects, with a particular focus on tiltwall and structural concrete. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving project success and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of tiltwall and structural concrete projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support project requirements.Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and challenges to keep projects on track.Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among project stakeholders.Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on tiltwall and structural concrete.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale concrete projects from conception to completion.Strong technical knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and techniques.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Professional certifications or licenses (e.g., PE, PMP) are a plus.
