Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior estimators to analyze project requirements and specifications.Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.Utilize industry-standard software and tools to perform quantity takeoffs and cost calculations.Research and analyze historical data and market trends to support estimating efforts.Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.Support the development of comprehensive bid proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in estimating and construction management.
