Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support growing business needs. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in the realm of concrete construction, as well as a background in Human Resources to effectively manage all aspects of the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates with the skills and experience required for various roles within the organization, with a particular focus on positions related to concrete construction.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process, providing guidance and support as needed.Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and maintained throughout the recruitment process.Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance and optimize recruiting strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.Strong understanding of concrete construction processes and terminology is preferred.Familiarity with Human Resources practices, operations, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Generous bonus package and car & cell phone allowances.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.
