An Am Law100 firm is seeking an associate to join its Labor & Employment Associate for any of their California offices. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in a mix of employment or other complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team across offices, in a growing and thriving practice, are required. Order of the Coif, law review or clerkship experience a plus.
