Position: Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Boca Raton, FLType: Full-time

As the Human Resources Generalist at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations. They should also possess effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, to attract and retain qualified professionals in the mental healthcare field.2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive workplace culture and addressing any HR-related issues promptly.3. Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs, ensuring staff members have access to professional development opportunities that support our mission.4. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave policies, and assist employees with benefit inquiries.5. Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.6. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation processes, working with department heads to provide feedback and support employee growth.7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.8. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and mission.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred- Proven experience in HR, particularly in a healthcare or mental health setting- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
