Manage all aspects of trademark prosecution, from clearance searches to USPTO responses.Draft and negotiate various business contracts for clients.Provide general legal consultations and advice on IP and business law.Participate in brand protection strategies, including cease and desist letters and dispute resolution.Qualifications
J.D. degree and active Bar licensure in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Florida preferred).2+ years of experience in trademark law, including clearance searches, application drafting, and USPTO interaction.Strong contract drafting and legal research skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Desire to build a personal brand and client base.Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new approaches.Commitment to long-term growth and disciplined work ethic.Bonus Points For
