Business Systems Analyst - Site Reliability Center
The ideal candidate will have a technical background with a concentration on process and process improvement. Work closely with the Problem Team and support ITIL processes, ensuring stability, resilience, and business continuity across all branches. Develop and review process documentation supporting SRC (Site Reliability Center) Policy and Procedure documentation. Role will be crucial in mitigating risk, supporting operational resilience, and driving process improvements across the enterprise. Create and refine process documentation in various formats, including written and workflow formats, to align with higher-level policies and procedures Recognize and evaluate opportunities for process and workflow improvement Generate report and presentation materials utilizing PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc
Qualifications
Business Process mapping experience Risk management background Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams and Confluence Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (Office 365) Familiarity with Jira Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required, or equivalent work experience
