We are seeking an Entry-level IT Support Tech for one of its clients in the Houston area. This person will be tasked to handle internal tickets supporting point of sale issues or other system issues where needed. Qualified candidate will be driven, motivated and has a sense of urgency and pride in their work.
NOTE: Candidates MUST be very flexible in schedule. Shifts would either be Thurs - Monday OR Fri - Tues and shifts can start as early as 8am-1pm with an 8 hour day.
Onsite for two weeks training and then remote
Qualifications
1-2 years' experience working in a helpdesk environment with customer service experience (phone support)Must deliver the highest quality of customer service, excellent communication skills, motivated, professional and a positive attitude!Escalate appropriate complaints based on systems issuesResults driven and service orientedExceptional communicator and highly organizedMilitary background a plus.Working in retail a plusExperience supporting Windows 10 & MS Office, resetting passwords via Active Directory, supporting outlook, internet explorer and a variety of hardware.
