We are currently seeking a [[Technical Writer]] to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).
Technical Writer (Senior)
Essential Functions
Develops, writes, and edits material for customer deliverables and documents. Examples of products include, but are not limited to reports, manuals, proposals, instructional material, and hardware/software documentation Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology Reviews grammar and syntax of deliverables prepared by engineers/analysts and provide support by assisting in rewriters Responsible for accuracy and look of documentation or technical publications Reporting - Knowledge against performance Review knowledge to archive, update, and or create new articles
Education
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field
Must-Have Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing with At least two years of experience with IT documentation2+ years experience with ServiceNow in the knowledge module
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist or MOS 365 AppsITILv4 HDI- Knowledge Management
Work Authorization Status
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $40k to $60k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
