We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Pyro-Process and Process Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes, improving existing processes, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities
Develop, design, and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Conduct process simulation and risk assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the processes. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the production team to ensure that processes are clearly understood and correctly implemented. Troubleshoot process-related problems and challenges and develop solutions to minimize their impact. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track process efficiency and make necessary adjustments. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Train and mentor junior engineers and other staff on process operations and improvements. Stay updated with the latest technology and best practices in the field of process engineering.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of Pyro-Process and Process Engineering. Experience with Hydration and Precipitation processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management skills. Proficient in using computer software and applications related to process engineering. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of implementing successful process improvements. Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology and best practices in the field. Familiarity with industry safety and quality standards and regulations.
