Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of selling stylists and drive the success of our department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, achieving department sales and profit goals, managing clientele relationships, and upholding our brand standards of excellence.Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and coach a team of selling stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.Develop and implement strategies to achieve department sales, profit, credit, and clientele goals.Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement among department staff.Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele to drive repeat business and elevate the customer experience.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with store management and other department managers to ensure cohesive operations and a seamless shopping experience for customers.Uphold brand standards of luxury and professionalism in all aspects of department operations.
