📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Direct Response Consulting Services is seeking an experienced direct mail fundraising Production Manager. This is a hybrid position, must live in the DMV area to be eligible for this position.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of direct mail fundraising experience.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:Full management responsibility for assigned fundraising accountsCollaborating with data processing, mail list, graphics, and accountingThe ideal candidate will be able to manage all of the following but print/mail production is the most important skill; data processing, graphics, analyzing direct mail results, suggesting and implementing tests, primary contact with clientsSupervision and training of junior support staff
Qualifications and Skills:3 plus years of direct mail experience preferably in DM fundraising; knowledge of print /mailshop most important skill.Proficiency in and understanding of direct mail data processing, caging, graphics, print/mail production, analysis of direct mail results, and client relationsIntermediate skill level with MS Office and AdobeCopywriting experience is a plus but not required
Creative and Copywriting skills are a plus but not required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
