Key Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities and efficiencies of employees in a manufacturing and distribution work environment for the assembly and distribution of 5G cell site hardwareReview productivity of employees daily for accuracy and compliance with established procedures, and determine workload for team membersDetermine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedite workflowStudy and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of our operatorsTrace history of unresolved issues to determine reasons for errors or needed corrections and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepanciesOther responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problemsConduct daily and weekly meetings with team membersCapable of performing all job duties of direct reports at a high level of proficiencyDirectly responsible for exempt/non-exempt staff, and responsible for the performance of subordinatesProvide leadership to a manufacturing team and promote employee engagement

Skills, Experience And Requirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma/GEDLeadership experience preferred in a manufacturing/warehouse, retail, and/or food service environment; and/or leadership experience in a volunteer/nonprofit environment

Skills And Qualifications

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, 5-S and KanBan is preferred but not requiredExperience with Warehouse Management Systems is highly preferred Excellent computer skills in Google Drive, especially SheetsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance/procedure instructionsAbility to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
