Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Manager who can help help coordinate and drive deliverables with key partnersServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsExperience with feature delivery, change management, roadmap strategy and definitionEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by aligning Dish and partner delivery schedulesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededActively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risksMeasure the effectiveness of product releases post-launch and iterate on product outcomesUse a prioritization framework for discovery of backlog feature

Skills, Experience And Requirements

Education and Experience

BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)4 years of Vendor, Program Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
