This $20m, privately funded tech company in Foxborough, MA has grown by 30% YoY. As a result of this growth, they are looking to add a Senior Accountant to their general ledger team. You will be the right hand to the Controller, so you will learn a lot about accounting, systems and scaling up organizations.

Your day-to-day will be really varied: you will be preparing financial reports, supporting annual audits, doing tax and audit work, supporting the FP&A team, and a number of special projects.You're joining a relatively young company, so you will get to help them build their processes and create their structure, to be scaled. This is a big time of change for this company so this role will involve establishing policies, building controls, rolling out new systems and acquisition integration.

This role is a product of significant company growth, which is expected to continue, meaning there is a lot of opportunity for you to progress. If you are interested, then you could be in a manager position within 18 -24 months.

You will be working on a hybrid basis, and you'll have unlimited PTO. You'll also have access to several benefits, a competitive salary, bonus and equity options.You will ideally have 3+ years of experience auditing for a CPA firm and be working towards or have your CPA License. If you have audited mid-sized tech companies then even better, if not, that is okay too.
