Field Training Specialist

The GigThe Field Training Specialist (FTS) is responsible for the delivery, implementation and support of training systems and updates at our restaurants. The FTS supports the restaurants through the development of Certified Training Restaurants and Certified Training Managers, monitoring Managers in Training (MIT) performance, the training and development of Team Members and Managers and conducting training observations and audits. ResponsibilitiesEnsure the highest levels of training standards at all restaurantsConduct Training Observation Visits and assist the General Manager and Area Manager develop action plans based on observation resultsAssist with Certified Training Restaurant visits to evaluate operational effectiveness and MIT requirementsExecute touchpoints with all Managers In Training (MITs) during each phase of trainingVerify MIT validations Support New Restaurant Opening training

QualificationsMinimum 2 years of current restaurant experience with training and/or management backgroundProficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
