Role: EE EngineerLocation: South Peachtree City, Georgia (onsite only) Years: 5 to 8 yearsFull time only Keywords as belowHardware Engineer, Hardware DesignAutomotive domain Analog, digitalSchematic tools like Zuken (Preferred) or OrCAD or Altium or PADSMicrocontrollers or MCUWorst Case Analysis (WCCA or WCA)EMI/EMCPCBConverters like buck or boost or buck boost or flyback converterLDO or low drop outMosfetTransistorProcessor Job Description:Hardware design, system/product level experience, Project Management, customer interface, HDLC.Product architecture experience based on different SoC.Experience in selection of components for respective projects.Experience In hardware/product development, integration, testing, compliance supportProposal RFQ handling, BOM costing optimization.Digital, Analog, Mixed Signal Design Experience for Automotive products.Experience in SMPS, DC - DC converter, Inverter.Knowledge in Power Semiconductor devices.Experience in communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN.Experience in High-speed design like Ethernet, DDRx, MIPI, LVDS interfacesAudio and Video Design Experience will be an added advantageProduct qualification / Compliances test experiences. Test and Debug - Board Bring Up, Interface testingKnowledge of debugging tools like IDEs, EmulatorsInstrument Knowledge - CROs, Logic Analysers, Spectrum Analyser, protocol analyser.Experience in Multi-layer PCB Layout design approach design reviews, SI knowledge.Exposure to design tools – Altium, ORCAD, Allegro / Mentor Graphics – Xpedition, Pads LogicExperience of interaction with PCB fabrication house and assembly house for hardware build.Design analysis for SI, PDN, Thermal, EMI/EMC.Experience in quality product release to customers.Experience in Functional Safety Analysis - DFMEA, DFA, FTA.Experience in WCCA analysis.Use of DOOR tool.
