📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Workday IntegrationAustin, TX (Oniste)Full-Time Note: H1B will work The following are the key skill sets for Workday Integration:
Workday Integrationo At least one full implementation of an HCM solution, with demonstrated technical and integrations experience.o Experience in Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT and Workday Studioo Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)o Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutiono Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
- Additional Comments: This team of resources are responsible for the new enhancement, technical upgrades and production support escalation for Workday integration. Below are the list of application in scope:o All Workday inbound and outbound Integrations
The team will follow agile methodology running sprint (duration of sprint will adjust over time). Team’s responsibility is as follows:o Organize and participate in sprint grooming, planning, review, retrospective, and daily stand upso Enhancement work includes new functionality/integration, Changes to support Workday bi-annual releases, Technical/Infrastructure Upgrade, Accessibility Updates based on priorityo Requirement and impact analysis and technical design documentationo Development, Unit Test and integration testing; o Clear hand off on technical change and review QE test cases to ensure testing coverage is accurate to ensure qualityo Support QE and UAT defect resolutiono Support any performance testing resolutiono Responsible for release cutover plan/steps across environments for testing and productiono Responsible for Migration o Provide KT and transition to APS and ES Ops after each releaseo Be the escalation point and resolve any critical P1 production issueso Attend standup and provide tasks progress to scrummaster o Work with cross functional team like B2B, DBA, etc.
Vendor team needs to follow A SDLC/Agile process, gate checklists with artifacts, development guideline and coding standards. Vendor is responsible for ensuring quality check, code reviews, test coverage, merge request validation to ensure product meets delivery standard. Vendor is accountable for all quality control on the development effort to ensure high quality and supportable product is delivered. A team will audit and monitor to ensure A standard is met. Throughout the project, detailed design review and approval, development progress and completion demo, development test coverage test cases and metrics, technical documentation and providing required SDLC artifacts are mandatory.
Status Report: Weekly status report on the team progress status, risk and accomplishment should be provided.
