We are seeking a talented Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team atDiverse Marketing! As a Digital & Content Specialist, you will develop, implement, and managedigital marketing campaigns to promote brands and products/services. You will also createengaging content across various digital platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.

Responsibilities:● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness,engagement, and lead generation.● Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, includingemail, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).● Produce high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, socialmedia posts, infographics, videos, and more.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, toensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, contentmarketing, and SEO, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.● Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty anddrive engagement.● Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for digital marketinginitiatives.● Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital channels.

Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.● Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.● Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, emailmarketing, and social media marketing.● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to MetaAdvertising, Constant Contact, social media management tools, and contentmanagement systems (CMS).● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compellingand engaging content.● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.● Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketingcampaigns.● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinessimultaneously.● Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
