Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our teamat Diverse Marketing. As a Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implementsocial media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drivetraffic and leads. You will also assist in executing broader marketing initiatives to support ouroverall business goals.

Responsibilities:● Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and reachour target audience across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.● Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, includinggraphics, videos, and written copy.● Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts,responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaignsincorporating social media elements to achieve business objectives.● Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and leverage insights to optimizecontent and strategy.● Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regularreports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social media marketing andincorporate innovative ideas into our strategies.● Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across other channels,including email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including graphic designers,content creators, and agencies, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across allmarketing channels.● Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiationand improvement in our social media and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.● Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of socialmedia platforms, trends, and best practices.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling andengaging content.● Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such asHootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.● Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, and the ability to createvisually appealing content.● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy anddecision-making.● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projectssimultaneously, and meet deadlines.● Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, and the ability to workcross-functionally with diverse teams.● Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends andlearning new skills.● Experience with graphic design tools, video editing software, or other creative tools is aplus.
