What you will be doing:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand our client base.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the light industrial sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful placements.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
What we need from you:Proven experience in business development within the staffing or light industrial sector.Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to forge new relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
