Service Warranty Administrator - Contract
Our client is a major manufacturer with strong roots in the Milwaukee marketplace. This company is interviewing candidates to join their team in the Customer Service Operations department as a Service Warranty Administrator.
The Service Warranty Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of warranty claims and document processing, requiring strong decision-making skills and interaction with various stakeholders. This position will require interaction with the dealer network and technical service teams. Interaction will be primarily via phone.
Responsibilities:Reviewing and responding to electronic inquiries from our dealer network.Timely and accurate processing of recall entries.Processing credit inquiries.Direct follow-up with our dealer network.Daily processing of warranty claims.Assisting with any clerical needs as directed by Warranty Lead.
Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent required.Experience with AS400 system.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
