📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our Dynamic team at Cabanas Law Firm is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in our Pembroke Pines location.
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities
Utilize CRM tools, with a preference for Monday.com, to manage customer relationships.Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, Yahoo Mail, and Zoom.Coordinate and schedule meetings. Creating minutes of the meeting and ensuring efficient use of time for all.Cold calling experience and expertise to engage potential clients and expand our client base.Execute lead generation strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.Develop and implement procedures to streamline marketing processes and optimize the performance of the firm.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.Proven experience with CRM tools, with a preference for Monday.com.Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, Yahoo Mail, and Zoom.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive results.
