Marketing Communications Specialist

We are adding a Marketing Communications Specialist to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and communications campaigns that effectively promote our brand and products. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies to meet our business goals.

Coordinates and implements internal and external marketing and communications projects. Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Creates consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising and social media. Sources and develops content and visual collateral for campaigns that follow and maintain established brand standards and guidelines.Tracks projects and prepares status reports for stakeholders. Liaises with the media, vendors, and internal sales and product teams. Develops marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, blog and social media posts. Writes and edits compelling marketing content for a variety of mediums, including emails, landing pages, and blog posts. Manage and maintain company newsletter, intranet content, and content for social media accounts.Develop and manage templates including forms, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, presentations, and all collateral materials.Coordinate printing and promotions production through outside vendors.Collaborates with other members of the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. Conducts market research to identify new marketing opportunities. Tracks and analyzes campaign performance and use data to optimize future campaigns. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry influencers. Attends industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products.
