About The Role

DNV's Healthcare Division is seeking to fill the role of Planner/Scheduler. The primary function of the Planner/Scheduler is to plan activities ensuring business efficiency and effectiveness according to the rules. This position is based out of our DNV office in Katy, TX with a hybrid or flexible work arrangement.

Tasks May Include

Perform scheduling/planning process in accordance with procedures, rules and regulationsCommunicate continually with client and auditor to confirm scheduleSupport and enable the qualifications and competence initiatives to increase the pool of resources qualifiedAct as a project manager, ensuring:Effectiveness and efficient management of scheduling of scheduling activitiesMaximize utilization of resources while ensuring lower operation costsInputting all relevant data into CRM databaseUnderstand and have in consideration logistics/geographic implications when planningPrepare and provide measurement reports as requiredOther responsibilities as assigned by management
