Our Engineering & Tech Operations team builds and operates complex solutions for global business challenges that cross cultures, legal jurisdictions, and impacts millions of people and businesses every day. We are looking for New Grads to join our Engineering and Tech Operations Teams. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Engineering.

Responsibility

Responsible for full stack development writing backend REST APIs and front-end UI componentsWrite high quality code that is easy to maintain and testCreate, integrate, and consume REST APIs Research new features and technologiesImplement front-end and back-end features using Java, Python, .NET, C# and other languagesWrite automated unit tests to ensure the quality of the codeIdentify and automate test cases and improve existing integration testing processesBuild Product capabilities like Semantic Search, Q&A, Summarization, extractions and other Gen AI capabilitiesBuild, extend, and maintain AI processing and inference platform that supports AI capabilitiesBuild a shared platform defining the various storage components offered by cloud computing Work on providing basic and advanced search capabilities Build a set of micro services that enables applications to define and store structured dataImplement workflow service functionality

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Basic

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Washington: $87,400 - $128,525 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
