What you'll do

The DocuSign Sign engineering team is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Reporting team in Chicago. The Reporting team leverages big data technologies, such as Spark and Presto to create customer-facing reports. The team is currently in the process of migrating reporting from on-prem to an Azure cloud environment. As part of this migration, we are also designing the next-generation data platform that will support reporting for both electronic signature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

As an engineer on the reporting team, we expect you to have a good understanding of everything data, as well as back-end code development.

This position will demand critical thinking skills, ability to quickly understand existing systems and the ability to work in agile, fast paced environments. The ability to take smart and educated risks is essential to the success of this position.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience5+ years of professional experience building single-page applicationsExperience working with C# and .Net CoreExperience with SQL Databases Experience developing in large scale distributed systems

Preferred

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Illinois and Colorado: $123,700.00 - $174,700.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
