Ready to elevate your bilingual HR experience in a manufacturing environment? Doherty is looking for a passionate Bilingual HR Assistant to support the human resources team in Jackson, MN. This role will be working 8:00am-4:30pm, and pay between $20.00-$25.00 based on skills and experience. Interested?
Bilingual Tasks:Provide support for interviews, paperwork, and orientation in both English and SpanishCollaborate with the team including exempt and non-exempt employees to answer questions and find answers to HR tasksMaintain data entry, engagement updates, and changes in the systemAssist with recruiting events and advertisingShare resumes and applications to hiring managers and coordinate hiring processMaintain employee relations by providing support to employees and managers
What we are looking for:1+ years of industrial HR experienceBasic understanding of employment laws and regulations with onboarding experienceFluent in Spanish and English (Bilingual)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook*Sponsorship is not available
