The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee inventory control and lead a team of Warehouse Associates. This role will be integral to upcoming technology and process improvement projects at the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and values servant leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIEShelp the Warehouse Managerwith the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations.Effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns.Train new team member in job duties.Fills in for Warehouse team member and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goalsCoordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines while controlling costEnsure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state and federal requirementshelp in compiling daily key indicatorsAccurately complete all necessary paperworkMaintain inventory control through effective warehouse methodsCreate weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL departments.Make recommendations to the Manager on operational procedureshelp Manager with being audit and 5s ready at all timesPerforms regular Gemba walks

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, 2-year degree preferred2+years of warehouse, manufacturing or production experience2+years of supervisory experienceMust have or be willing to get and maintain forklift certificationThorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory controlBasic understanding of 5S and KaizenMust successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary dateSolid knowledge of OSHA regulationsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareAdditional RequirementWear and uphold Domino’s uniform standardsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessaryMust be able to work around yeast and flour
