Job Description:The client is seeking a skilled Drupal Developer to join our team in Woodlawn, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Drupal development, Drupal administration, Ansible automation, and relational database support. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Drupal-based solutions for our clients, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications.Perform Drupal administration tasks, including site configuration, user management, and module installation.Implement Ansible automation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.Provide support for relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deploy new features.Optimize website performance, ensuring fast page load times and responsive design.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal, Ansible, and database functionality.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Drupal development and automation.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Drupal Developer, with a strong portfolio of Drupal-based projects.Proficiency in Drupal administration, including site configuration, module development, and theming.Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools for infrastructure management.Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL query optimization.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Drupal certificationExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
