Litigation Associate
Donohue Brown Mathewson & Smyth seeks an associate to assist with busy litigation practice, with heavy emphasis on medical malpractice defense. The successful candidate must have exceptional academic and professional credentials as well as strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of law and legal proceduresExcellent research skillsExperience drafting pleadings and motionsFamiliarity with the deposition processExperience representing clients in courtDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborativelyPrior experience as a Litigation Associate is preferredJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

The firm strongly encourages in-office work; however, remote work is permitted for up to 2 days a week after 6 months of employment. Remote work is subject to the employee's assigned daily responsibilities.
