The Doppler platform combines a proprietary reservation and dispatch system with a national network of specialized delivery agents to provide services like at-home test drives, service pickup and drop off and post-purchase delivery. The Opportunity...Doppler Second Delivery Agents are personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable product specialists who deliver a personalized customer experience on behalf of major automotive manufacturers. They provide one-on-one, at-home demonstrations of vehicle features to new owners, clearly explaining functions and operations, completing systems set-up and answering owner questions. While automotive product knowledge is key, a white-glove experience is paramount for every encounter, meeting the objective of creating enduring relationships between the owner, the product and the brand. How You'll Contribute...· Deliver premium customer experiences that engage and inspire· Serve as subject matter expert for product and brand· Research and memorize brand background, vehicle specifications and feature descriptions· Explain and demonstrate vehicle operational and technical features· Travel to and conduct product experiences at customer-preferred locations· Facilitate customer surveys and feedback· Manage availability/schedule and experience tasks within an app· Additional customer engagement duties as assigned What We're Looking For...
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with automotive vehicles and products· Knowledge of and experience with electric vehicles a plus· Experience in retail, sales or customer service a plus· Polished, professional, hospitable and approachable· Superb interpersonal and verbal communication skills· Tech-savvy· Adaptable and self-reliant· At least 21 years of age· Fully speak/understand English; bilingual appreciated· Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record· Background check· Reliable transportation· Smartphone with data plan Bonus Points (Optional)...· Experience in the automotive industry.
