Job Description
- **CDL license NOT required to apply. Candidate will be provided with CDL training upon hire***
Responsible for distribution and delivery of food, supplies and equipment; including pulling and staging of orders. Perform light mechanical work, equipment assembly, preventive maintenance and deep clean kitchens. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community, school and department clientele.
Essential Physical Requirements

Responsibilities
Position Specific Information (if Applicable):
Comply with HACCP proceduresComply with Federal, State and Local regulations to ensure safety to staff and studentsMove equipment between sites, repair shop and warehouse in 26’ box truckAssemble some equipmentPerform light mechanical work and preventive maintenance on warehouse and kitchen equipmentAssist with quarterly inventoryReceive and put away warehouse orders of fresh produce, bread and semi-truck loads of dry and frozen goodsProcess food and supply ordersDeliver food and supply orders in 26’ box truckDevelop and maintain connections with stakeholders to support the operations and functions of the departmentMaintain accurate food, supply and equipment transfer recordsCommunicate with Warehouse Lead Receiver and Warehouse Foreman regarding inventory shortages and replacement needsAnnually complete all USDA mandatory Professional Standards training hours as required by position categoryPerform other duties as assigned or requestedPull individual site orders, stage warehouse orders and transfer accurately
Certifications
Commercial Driver License Class B - Colorado Dept of Transportation, DCSD White Fleet Certification - DCSD
Education
High School or Equivalent
Skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions. Strong organizational and time management skills.
