About The Role

How you will contribute

Liaise with appropriate customer personnel to ensure understanding of the reported concerns and jointly apportion responsibility to appropriate parties.Respond to and review all customer concerns for each department at the customer facility.Follow up and aid in containment (if necessary)Provide pro-active response to all levels of customer concerns, including but not limited to being champion and/or member of problem-solving team.Report concerns in a timely manner back to syncreon Production Manager for syncreon plant distribution.Summarize and distribute any customer plant summary report made available to appropriate syncreon personnel.Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

Minimum High School diploma; college preferred (or other related training/development).Related experience in a supplier related and/or production environment with a background in inventory control preferred. With a solid understanding of JIT practices.Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills – written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers – both internal and external, with experience in coordinating multiple responsibilities.
