Join our team as a Sportsbook Operations Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you’ll do as an Operations Associate

Work with our broader sportsbook operations team to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings on time.Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected.Support in the delivery of state and region-specific promotional campaigns.Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team.Support and collaborate with other parts of the business such as operations, VIP, PR & social, and finance.Partner with analytics on performance recaps of promotions/activity within relevant states and sporting codes.Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, which includes five days of work with two days off.Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52,000.00 - $78,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
