The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Production Designer for our Golden Nugget Online Casino brand, you will engage in creative problem-solving to craft compelling assets across a variety of channels. You’ll utilize automation tools to develop and maintain production templates integral to our workflow, ensuring artwork is optimized and production-ready while maintaining high standards for all digital assets.

What you’ll do as a Senior Production Designer

Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Project Managers to create assets for channels including digital, social, and email while also executing on creative vision.Work in our automation tool daily to develop and maintain templates that are implemented in our daily workflow.Prepare various formats of supplied artwork to make it production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability.Partner with 3rd party vendors to enforce quality assurance on all outsourced digital assets.Manage and develop mid-level production and motion designers.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with at least 6 years of relevant experience.A relevant portfolio must be provided.Experience overseeing and developing a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to run multiple projects at once and deliver on quick deadlines with keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential, and social).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).Experience working with licensing is preferred.Automation experience is preferred.Figma experience and a knowledge of the sports landscape is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
