Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Roofing Sales professional. We provide professional sales training, cutting edge data and resources, and systems that promote success and growth leading to an uncapped pay potential. The Roofing Sales role will involve daily tasks such as prospecting new clients, assessing roofing needs, and closing sales deals. This role is primarily located in Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area but allows for some remote work.

Duties will include: • Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company provided leads and marketing plans • Meet with homeowners • Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair • Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required • Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job • Collect payment for services completed • Develop referrals and generate positive reviews • May perform other duties as assigned
Benefits and compensation: • Sales Representatives are hired as independent contractors and are paid a commission on each project completed.• Average Independent Sales Reps with a full sales pipeline can expect to earn between $60k-$125k annually..• After 60 days, you can qualify for health and dental insurance.• Gas allowance for travel
