Job Title: Director of Workforce Development with Continual Opportunities for Growth!
Job Description: DSDT is looking for a strategic and dynamic individual to serve as the bridge that connects our students with employment opportunities.
About DSDT: DSDT is a licensed, post-secondary school that provides training in the Digital Marketing, Information Technology and Healthcare sectors. Founded in 2009, DSDT offers an innovative, student-focused and collaborative learning environment. We meet students where they are at. Every time.

About the Role: As the bridge between our students and the corporate world, your skills will help our students be the best professionals they can be.
Strategic Partnerships: Through continual communication and attending job fairs/networking events, you will forge strategic relationships with companies. These relationships will look like companies hosting our students for externships and hiring for full-time positions, companies paying us for corporate training and companies sending their employees to our school with tuition assistance programs.
Student Empowerment: You will host weekly professional development seminars for our students to become more employable and confident in their skills. Seminars can be, but are not limited to, resume writing, mock interviews and soft skills training.
Data Entry: You will meticulously track employment information for our graduates to ensure accurate reports.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field2-4 years of professional experienceStrong ability to forge strategic relationships with corporate partnersEmpowering mindset that encourages students to achieve their goalsUnderstanding of the technology industry and what companies are looking forExcellent written and verbal communication skills
