📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Onsite Santa Monica, 4 times per week (1 day WFH)

Your Role The Operations team plays a critical role in the success and is responsible for a range of activities including procurement, fulfilment, shipping, and planning for our omnichannel business. This role will be responsible for supporting procurement, supply chain, contract manufacturing activities This role will work collaboratively with all other functions and a broad range of external suppliers. The Procurement Senior Analyst role reports intoProcurement Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties • Support procurement processes with current and new suppliers including sourcing and purchasing • Help source, evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers for current and future product / packaging needs • Support purchasing processes for current and future product / packaging suppliers • Support purchase order submission and tracking activities to ensure on time in full completion • Track and analyse KPIs on supplier performance • Proactively identify any risk of delays / deviations and document / resolve any potential problems • Coordinate with suppliers on product quality, testing, release, and freight preparation • Ensure all COAs, MSDS, and stability testing processes are managed accurately and effectively • Role involves elements or procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and contract manufacturing skills • Run ad hoc analyses and support project management of various key initiatives • Work collaboratively with the Operations, Product, Finance teams internally • Work collaboratively with all external suppliers • Be highly proactive in monitoring and analysing performance to identify and resolve potential issues early • Be highly proactive in identifying opportunities to improve performance including cost, quality, and accuracy
Qualifications and Skills • Experience o Bachelor’s Degree o 3+ years in Supply Chain or Procurement roles o Experience in CPG companies is a strong plus o Startup / e-commerce / supplements experience or passion is a plus
